Frequently asked questions
Straight answers on delivery, returns, payments and picking the right gear. If yours isn't here, we're one email away.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 24 hours on business days, and standard tracked delivery then takes 2–4 business days across the EU. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard tracked shipping costs €4.95, and it's free on every order over €79.00. Any express options and their exact prices are shown at checkout before you pay.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all 27 EU member states. If you're elsewhere in Europe, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get gear to you.
How do I track my order?
Every parcel is tracked. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it door to door. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder first, then contact us and we'll resend it.
How do I return an item?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item. Email hello@racketclub.shop with your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Items should be unused and in their original packaging — checking a racket's grip and balance at home is fine; playing three sets with it is not.
When will I receive my refund?
We refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return, and usually much sooner. Banks can take a few extra days to show the credit on your statement.
Are your products authentic?
Yes — everything we sell is sourced from official EU brand distributors, never grey-market imports. You get genuine current-season products with the full manufacturer warranty.
How do I choose the right padel racket?
Start with your level, not your favourite pro. Beginners want a round shape around 350–365 g with a soft EVA core; intermediates a teardrop with near-even balance; advanced attackers a head-heavy diamond. Our guide on how to choose a padel racket covers shape, weight, core and surface in detail.
What's the difference between padel balls and tennis balls?
They look identical, but padel balls run at slightly lower pressure and are marginally smaller, giving a lower, more controllable bounce suited to the enclosed court. Tennis balls play too lively on a padel court and turn matches into lob contests — always play with proper padel balls.
What payment methods do you accept?
At launch we accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Klarna. Payments are processed by our payment partners over encrypted connections — we never see or store your card details.
What if my item arrives damaged or develops a fault?
For transport damage, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you — your choice. For faults that appear later, EU law gives you a minimum two-year legal guarantee, and we'll handle the claim with the brand on your behalf.
