Fast out the door, easy back in. Here's exactly what happens after you press "order" — and what to do if the gear isn't right.
Shipping
We ship to all 27 EU member states. Orders placed on business days are dispatched within 24 hours, and every parcel is tracked — you'll get the tracking link by email the moment it ships.

Free standard shipping on every order over €79.00 — most racket orders qualify on their own.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything — more than double the 14-day withdrawal right EU law already gives you. The process takes four steps:
Email us
Write to hello@racketclub.shop with your order number within 30 days of delivery. No return form, no phone queue.
Pack it up
Put the item back in its original packaging, unused and complete. Checking grip and balance at home is fine — court time is not.
Send it back
We reply with the return address and instructions. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage until the refund lands.
Get refunded
Once the return arrives we refund your original payment method within 14 days — usually much sooner.
A note on refunds
Refunds always go back to the payment method you used at checkout, including any standard shipping you paid on the original order. We process them within 14 days of receiving your return — in practice usually within a few days — though banks can take a little longer to show the credit. Items that arrive damaged or develop a fault are a different, faster track: see the FAQ or contact us directly and we'll sort it out.
