Right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer you can cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason — and on top of that, we voluntarily give you 30 days to return anything.

1. Your statutory right
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods — or of the last item, where an order is delivered in several shipments.
2. How to exercise it
To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us — Variantai, MB, Basanavičiaus g. 20, LT-03224 Vilnius, Lithuania, hello@racketclub.shop — of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. Sending your notice before the withdrawal period expires is enough to meet the deadline.
3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any extra cost that arose because you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever comes first. We refund using the same means of payment you used, at no fee to you.
Send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you withdraw. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods — inspecting a racket as you would in a shop is fine; playing matches with it is not.

5. Our voluntary 30-day returns
Separately from your statutory right, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging for 30 days from delivery — the practical details are on our shipping & returns page. Where the two overlap, you can rely on whichever suits you better; your statutory rights are never reduced by our voluntary policy.
